The Bradford Area (PA) School District (BASD) Board of Education is meeting on Monday 11/11/2024 at 7pm at Floyd Fretz Middle School. On their agenda is their intention to pass a revised Title IX policy that will open the door to all sorts of nefarious possibilities including allowing biological boys to enter girl's restroom and locker rooms as well as allowing MAPs (Minor Attracted Persons - formally known as pedophiles) to gain legal status in the school district.
I am attaching four files here for you to review.
The 1st is the actual resolution that will be voted on; the 2nd (policy 103) is the policy relevant to students and 3rd (policy 104) is relevant to Teachers and staff. In addition, there is a document from Southeastern Legal Foundation titled, Title IX Help Save It that also deals with this issue.
Please take the time to read these documents and if you are in the Bradford area, please come to the School Board meeting tonight (11/11/2024) at 7:00pm. We anticipate a large crowd, please be there early.
